Lucky Punks Orange County

Get ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day a couple of days early in the most traditional way possible in Orange County, CA—by wearing green, getting drunk, and eating gourmet food from a truck at Punk in the Parks Lucky Punks, a one-day festival packed with iconic punk bands, unlimited craft beer (if you’re 21+), great food, a real proper day of music, mayhem, and plenty of lost memories to be had.

Headlining this celebration of Irish heritage and glorious display of chaos is none other than Bad Religion, leading a killer lineup featuring Dead Kennedys, The Aquabats, Lagwagon, Street Dogs (playing Back to the World in full for its 20th anniversary!), The Defiant, The Briggs, Pulley, and Hoist the Colors.

For the over-21 crowd: an extra $15 gets you three glorious hours of unlimited craft beer tasting from some of the best breweries around SoCal. (12pm to 3pm) That’s right—punk rock and unlimited beer for the price of two and a half stadium drinks. Genearl Admission is only $54.99 . What could possibly go wrong?

All ages welcome! (But if you’re under 18, bring an allegedly responsible adult—preferably one who knows the words to at least one Bad Religion song.) There is no pot of gold at the end of this rainbow, but there will be merch and beer, which is basically the same thing. And if you need something to soak up all that beer, Brew Ha Ha Productions always provides a solid lineup of food trucks and vendors (including vegan options) to keep you fueled for the circle pit.

Throw on your favorite black band T-shirt, grab your new wife—and maybe the grandkids (someone has to drive)—and get ready to slam dance your way into St. Patrick’s Day, or watch the kids do it. You Lucky Punk!
