Three hundred and sixty four full colour pages of photos, handouts, posters, news clippings, handwritten lyrics, artwork, and much more.

Gee was gracious enough to answer a few questions

DS. What will you be wearing to the events?

GEE. CLOTHES.

DS. Too bad, More importantly, what will Penn be wearing?

GEE. NOT MY CLOTHES.

DS. Too bad, The book is 364 pages long, which is one page short of a page to look at every day for a year. Why not just add one more page and make a calendar? Way to almost get it done.

GEE. BOOK PAGES COME IN PAIRS

DS. Excuses, excuses. Was the missing last page the never-before-seen photo I took of you mowing the lawn at Dial House and you decided against it?

GEE. Too personal.

DS. Yeah it is, Are you looking forward to everyone arguing about the book, the photos, the binding, and the way it smells on the internet?

GEE. NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. I JUST WORK HERE.

DS. Do you have a favorite photo in the book?

GEE. NO!

DS. Oh, I guess I am not in it then. What member of Crass aged most gracefully?

GEE. NONE OF US!

DS. Are there any photos of Dial House Cats in the book?

GEE. YES.

DS. How many books will be printed?

GEE. 2000.

DS. Will you break even financially on this Book endeavor?

GEE. HOPE SO.

DS. If you make any money selling books will you get rid of your Nokia phone?

GEE. WHY WOULD I DO THAT?

DS. How is your CAR running and will you be using it to deliver books?

GEE. Well and NO.

DS. If I gave you a GPS for your car would you use it instead of a mapbook?

GEE. NO.

DS. You saved everything all the time as much as you could. Did you foresee that in the future CRASS would continue to grow?

GEE. NO, WE GAVE IT ALL AWAY, HENCE THIRTY YEARS TRACKING IT DOWN AGAIN.

DS. Will you sign other items besides books at these events? Like my CRASS beach towel and spittoon?

GEE. NO!

DS. How many nude photos of Penny are in the book?

GEE. 32.

DS. Is John Travolta in the book?

GEE. YES.

DS. Will there be an audiobook for the visually impaired?

GEE. NO.

DS. Do you realize it would’ve been easier to just post them on Instagram?

GEE. INSTAGRAM IS NOT A BOOK AND LACKS ALL THE JOYS OF ONE.

Gee and everyone involved would like to thank all of you who contributed, dug deep, and found all the bits you could find from the day: they are now given back to you in this book. Sadly over the 30 years, the names of so many of you have been lost, but your contribution and generosity have not.

thank you
